Flate Rate Shipping is $9.95.
Bulky goods may incur additional charges and will be stated on the item/ cart.
Free Shipping on orders over $200.00.
Your purchases maybe wrapped in recycled materials. Where possible we will select compostable materials.
Shipment processing time
Naturally Earthed aim to ship your goods within 48 hours of cleared payment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We use Sendle and Australia Post. Normal processing times depending on geographical location are 5 to 10 day business days.
COVID DELAYS – There may be shipping delays due to the current pandemic situation, unfortunately this is out of our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). This will have a link to our chosen shipping company where they will provide an estimated time of arrival.
