Change of Mind
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to store credit or exchange being granted.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is change of mind and accepted you will need to organise postage with tracking at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; washed but unused, cloth nappies, cloth wipes, also custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for items that have not been used in accordance with instructions. Nappies that show stains, smell or have evidence of normal wear and tear are not covered for damage or faults.
Damages / Issues / Warranties
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All warranty items are subject to inspection, if deemed under warranty you may be offered, repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
